FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: extruder comprises two parallel shafts running in one direction. The said shafts are furnished with feed screw segments and working segments entering one into another and fitted with circular-segment-shape recesses of the extruder housing arranged in parallel to the aforesaid shafts. The said working segments are formed by screw segment with pitch larger that than of the feed screw segments, screw segment with opposite lead of the screw and mixing blister unit or toothed plate. The working segments and one feed screw segment form combined integral elements, or working segments, one feed screw segment and one next working segment form combine integral elements. ^ EFFECT: reduction of extreme wear on working elements. ^ 18 cl, 14 dwg |
