FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns dermatology, namely to a way of reception of the composition containing a medical agent, in particular for melanoderma treatment. The invention represents a way of reception of the composition containing a medical agent for local application, including water, hydrophylic bonds both hydrophobic bonds and the active ingredients consisting of fluocinolone acetonide, a hydroquinone and tretinoin which includes some stages. ^ EFFECT: invention provides reception of a preparation for treatment of the melanoderma containing some of medical agents in one composition, and as presence at a preparation of the therapeutic carrier, such as a cream, which is capable to facilitate penetration of medical agents into a skin and as to receive softer basis for a cream intended for delivery of therapeutic agents for treatment of a melanoderma which is capable to facilitate penetration of medical agents into a skin. ^ 60 cl, 3 ex, 4 tbl |
