<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional electronic type watt-hour meter for storing additional information with high consumer needs and measuring abnormal voltage in addition to general measurement display of electrical energy used. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic type watt-hour meter comprises an electric energy computing means for calculating used electric energy, based on the detected AC voltage and AC current, and a nonvolatile memory for storing data relating to the electrical energy calculated by the electrical energy computing means, a measurement data recording means acquires the data relating to the detected AC voltage and/or AC current from the electrical energy computing means at predetermined timings and writes it into the nonvolatile memory; and an abnormal voltage detecting and recording means generates DC voltage from the detected AC voltage, determines whether the DC voltage is abnormal voltage, based on the result of comparison of the DC voltage with a preset voltage value, and writes data relating to such a condition into the nonvolatile memory, when it is determined that this is an abnormal voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
