<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for an automatic machine, allowing reduction of a time spent for narrowing down a part wherein abnormality occurs in time of an abnormality stop of the automatic machine performing repetition operation. <P>SOLUTION: This monitor for the automatic machine has: a monitor data acquisition part 80 acquiring present situations in a plurality of production processes and small processes constituting the production processes as monitor data; a process decision part 83 deciding the production process presently performed based on the monitor data; an image storage part 85 previously storing a process image of the automatic machine in each of the plurality of production processes; an image calling part 84 calling the process image from the image storage part 85; a situation detection part 81 detecting the abnormality based on the monitor data, and outputting it as situation information; a situation storage part 82 storing the situation information together with information about a detection time; and a display 56 displaying the process image called in the image calling part 84, and displaying the information stored in the situation storage part 82 in order of the detection time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
