PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress self-excited oscillation of a normally-closed solenoid valve. SOLUTION: In a normally-closed solenoid valve 100A, a rod 112 is supported movably in a first direction of approaching a valve seat 114b and in a second direction of being separated from the valve seat 114b so as to inhibit communication of an operating-fluid path by being seated on the valve seat 114b and to allow communication of the operating-fluid path by being separated from the valve seat 114b. When a current is not supplied to a coil 130, a first movable element 116 pushes the rod 112 in the first direction by a biasing force of a first spring 122 so as to allow the rod 112 to be seated on the valve seat 114b. When a current is supplied to the coil 130, the first movable element 116 is moved in the second direction while a second movable element 118 pushes the rod 112 in the first direction by an electromagnetic force corresponding to the current magnitude so as to allow the rod 112 to be seated on or separated from the valve seat 114b.
