PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prepreg capable of providing a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material having a combination of high impact resistance and high electrical conductivity. SOLUTION: The prepreg comprises [A] carbon fibers and [B] a thermosetting resin and meets at least one of the following requirements (1) and (2): (1) Containing [C] thermoplastic resin's particles, fibers or films and [D] electrically conductive films and the weight ratio represented by [the compounding amount (pts.wt.) of the component C/the compounding amount (pts.wt.) of the component D] being 1-1,000.
