PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device of a structure enabling downsizing of a connector and at the same time high-speed transmission of signals, by arranging a grounding layer between a surface and a rear surface of an FPC so that the grounding layer in the middle of the surface and the rear surface of the FPC come in contact with a member. SOLUTION: The connector device is so structured that the FPC 80 has signal patterns 84 and phase-reversal signal patterns 85 between ground patterns 83 at both front and rear surfaces, in which, a grounding layer 86 is arranged between the both surfaces and an exposed part 87 reaching the grounding layer 86 is arranged at a given position, the connector 10 is arranged to have two kinds of first contacts 14 and second contacts 15 inserted into the same holes 38 of a housing 12 so as each contact part 22 of each contact 14, 15 is opposed to the other, so that the first contact 14 and the second contact 15 corresponding to the patterns 83, 84, 85 come in contact at rotation of a rotating member 16 to have the member 17 at a given position entering a concave part 87 to come in contact with the grounding layer 86.
