PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by diagnosing power source devices 50, 100 at suitable timing and informing a driver of the diagnostic results. SOLUTION: A power source diagnosing part 62 diagnoses power supplying ability of the power source devices 50, 100 by utilizing root guidance to a destination carried out by a navigation device 70 when travel guiding information for instructing to change a travel direction of a vehicle is input. If the power supplying ability is declining, an alarm 90 is operated to inform the driver of the declination. Accordingly, as the driver can operate steering while recognizing the state of the power source, he/she can suitably continue to operate a handle without getting upset even the handle operation feeling is different from usual due to insufficient steering assist torque.
