PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a put-out storage device free from the simultaneous occurrence of an empty error and a token jamming error. SOLUTION: The put-out storage device is provided with a time clocking means 143 starting clocking detection interval time on condition that the finish of the passage of tokens is detected by a detecting part 55, finishing clocking the detection interval time when the passage of tokens is detected by the detecting part 55, and outputting a detection interval time clocking termination signal when clocking of the detection interval time is finished without detecting the passage of tokens. When the time clocking means 143 outputs the detection interval time clocking termination signal, an error determining means 145 outputs an error signal to stop driving of a driving device 53 in the case of not detecting the token, but continues driving of the driving device 53 without outputting the error signal in the case of detecting the token.
