PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a correction member which is prevented from cracking when transfering the correction member to a transfer paper, is easily cut when finishing the transfer, reduces the surface gloss of a main body of a receiving layer subjected to cohesive peeling after the transfer, and prevents blurring and discoloration of printed letters or a printed image with water-based ink. SOLUTION: In the correction member 10, (i) the receiving layer 4 is made of a film containing a film forming resin and a filler, wherein (ii) the film forming resin is made of polyvinyl alcohol or a resin mixture comprising polyvinyl alcohol and maleic anhydride-modified chlorinated polypropylene, and (iii) the filler is made of a calcium phosphate-calcium carbonate complex having a primary particle diameter of 0.04-25μm and an average oil absorption value of 100-170 ml/100 g.
