In a luggage compartment the opening (4) of which is surrounded by a rain gutter (3), the lid being articulated on a pivot axis that passes through the rain gutter (3) through a hole fitted with a sealing bushing (10), a rain gutter trim (30) is provided. On the one hand, near the top, and thanks to a lip (38) that collaborates with the lid lining, this trim forms a labyrinth that prevents any ingress of water from the outside inwards and, on the other hand, near the bottom, this trim forms an auxiliary rain gutter (36) relieving the sealing bushing (10).
