PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display apparatus in which influence of a fast and large current flowing in an output circuit are decreased. SOLUTION: The display device includes a plasma display panel, a substrate having an insulating film and a wiring pattern provided on the insulating film, and a drive circuit mounted on the wiring pattern and outputting a driving pulse of the plasma display panel, wherein the drive circuit includes an IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor).
