<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid droplet discharge head, wherein the precision of a nozzle hole formed in a nozzle plate, is made high to achieve the high landing position accuracy of a discharged ink droplet and the productivity is excellent, and to provide a liquid droplet discharge head, a liquid droplet discharge device and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the liquid droplet discharge head, a predetermined nozzle hole pattern formed in a mask is irradiated with a laser beam and a workpies is irradiated with the laser beam after passing through the nozzle hole pattern of the mask. The workpies is moved in the arrangement direction of the nozzle hole pattern, to form the nozzle hole in the workpies by using a plurality of different beam areas in the laser beam. Thus, the variation in precision and shape of the nozzle hole is suppressed and a uniformized nozzle hole can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
