Disclosed herein are a counterfeit-proof functional film (20) and a counterfeit-proof product including the same. The film (20) possesses an amorphous structure and it has a character of soft-magnetic. A large barkhausen can be examined in the film along its easy direction of magnetization, but it obviously weakens or can not be examined in the film in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the easy axis. The film (20) has a thickness of 20-300nm. The film (20) also comprises an element code characteristics for expert identification. This film (20) may be produced by magnetic-control sputtering coiling film coating process.
