<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preparing easily a minute of meeting, without verifying a content or a flow discussed in the meeting by a minute preparing person many times, in the meeting of a system where a screen outputted from a computer is displayed on monitors, screens or the like visible by participants, to allow discussion. <P>SOLUTION: Various operations for data including display operations of the data are accumulated as a history while correlated with the data. Evaluation values of the data are calculated using values in response to the contents of the respective various operations as parameters, based on the accumulation, The data are narrowedly summarized into one document data, based on the evaluation values. Thus, an essential point summarized with the discussed content or flow is automatically generated.
