<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aperture formation method which enables the cheap and easy formation of an aperture for assay tool. <P>SOLUTION: This is the method to form the aperture which communicates with inside and outside of a channel (51) for the assay tool (Y3) including the channel (51) for moving a sample.
