PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for supplying the inside of a house with air made comfortable even when humid air, dry air, polluted air, or the like is taken into an underfloor space, in the house provided with an underfloor heating means in the house with high airtightness and high heat insulation. SOLUTION: The house H with high airtightness and high heat insulation is provided with the underfloor space 10, an underfloor heating structure 11, living sections 20, 21, living section surrounding ventilation spaces 20a, 21a formed surrounding the living sections, an attic space 30, and an openable/closable ventilating fan 31 provided in an optional position. An external wall ventilating space 52 is provided between an external wall 50 and a wall heat insulating part 51, and a roof ventilating space 42 is provided between a roof 40 and a roof heat insulating part 41. A roof top 43 is provided with a ridge ventilating part 44. The underfloor heating structure 11 is formed of heat storage concrete 11a and a heat radiating means embedded therein. The underfloor space 10 is provided with an external wall-underfloor intake port P1, and the living sections 20, 21 are provided with indoor intake ports 20b, 21b and wall surface-indoor exhaust ports P2, P3.
