PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power line communication system to transmit and receive, and process information, even when the frequency for communication is not yet set previously. SOLUTION: A first information processor 1 includes a first control information transmission section 101 which transmits first attribute information representing the attributes of information to be processed and first frequency information, representing a receivable frequency to a second information processor 2 via a power line 1000 at a frequency for control, and a second information processor 2 includes a second control information receiving section 201, which receives the first attribute information and first frequency information transmitted at a predetermined frequency; a second acquisition section 205 which acquires the information to be processed, corresponding to the first property information; and a second transmission section 207, which transmits the acquired information to be processed to the first information processor 1 via the power line 1000, at a frequency corresponding to the first frequency information.
