PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable resin composition which has good degree of whiteness, allows a foam to have minute and dense cells and from which a small amount of a VOC (a volatile organic compound) is discharged. SOLUTION: The foamable resin composition contains 0.001-10 pts.wt. pyrolytic foaming agent, 0.001-10 pts.wt. zinc compound, 0.001-10 pts.wt. perchlorate and 0.001-10 pts.wt. alkylaryl sulfonates, on the basis of 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin.
