ANTISTATIC AGENT, ANTISTATIC COATING AGENT AND ANTISTATIC FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent that is added to a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate, has no reduction in surface hardness and no connection in adhesivity after a moist heat resistance test. SOLUTION: An epoxy group-containing methacrylate having a structure represented by the chemical formula 2 is added to a part of a carboxy group of a copolymer composed of 40-80 wt.% of a cationic (meth) acrylate represented by the chemical formula 1 and 60-20 wt.% of (meth)acrylic acid to give an antistatic agent. A quaternary ammonium salt-containing (meth) acrylate may be used as the cationic (meth) acrylate. The amount of the antistatic coating agent mixed is 4-12 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyfunctional (meth) acrylate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
