PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of improving the productivity of a software development by reducing a labor for preparing data in a software development process. SOLUTION: Lottery data prepared by an application of a PC are converted into CSV format data (text data) and the CSV format lottery data are stored without modification on a ROM of a game machine in a code system (for example, ASCII code). When the lottery data are used, the lottery data stored in the ROM are converted based on a previously prepared conversion table (for example, ASCII code conversion table for converting a value stored as the ASCII code into a numerical value computable by CPU) and the converted numerical value is used as a lottery value.
