A method for interworking between a mobile communication network and a DSL network for providing a DSL service to a terminal of the mobile communication network is disclosed, which may provide operating procedure of control plane according to an interface node between the mobile communication network and DSL network, a convergence layer type of a mobile station, and a data receiving-transmitting protocol of the DSL network, the method comprising performing authentication and registration procedures of the terminal for the mobile communication network between the terminal and an AAA server of the mobile communication network; and when an initial service flow is established with the terminal, performing an authentication procedure of the terminal for the DSL network through the use of a PPPoE and a PPP session when a data receiving-transmitting protocol between the terminal and the DSL network is a PPP (Node-to-Node Protocol), and performing an authentication procedure of the terminal for the DSL network through the use of 802.1x based authentication procedure when the data receiving-transmitting protocol is an IP.
