<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized reactor which has high heat insulating performance and in which a chemical reaction can be carried out efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell 22 of which the output is small is housed in an inside vacuum container 30 in which a thin plate 33a is inserted into a vacuum space 32 for the purpose that the plate forms a plurality of spiral layers, the inside vacuum container 30 in which the fuel cell 22 is housed is inserted into an outside vacuum container 40 so that its aperture end 36 of the inside vacuum container 30 is blocked by the close end 44 of the outside vacuum container 40 in which a thin plate 43a is inserted into a vacuum space 42 for the purpose that the plate forms a plurality of layers, and a fuel supply tube 24 and an air supply tube 26 to supply fuel and air to the fuel cell are arranged so as to spirally be wound to the outer peripheral side of the inside vacuum container 30, and a fuel cell device 20 is constituted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
