PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an image output from a radiation detection panel by minimizing the separation of a grid from a scintillator, and to achieve a radiographing apparatus using the thus obtained radiation detection panel. SOLUTION: In the scintillator plate in which a scintillator layer placed at the rear of the grid which absorbs radiation scattered during passage through a subject and receiving the radiation passed through the grid to emit fluorescence is formed on a substrate, wherein the scintillator layer is formed with one surface of the grid as the substrate.
