PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated panel capable of forming a joiner having no adhesiveness to a sealing material with saved power and at low cost. SOLUTION: A film 1 having non-adhesiveness to the sealing material charged in a joint part is formed on the surface of a base 2. The adhesion to the sealing material can be prevented by the film 1. The adhesion of the sealing material and the joiner B is prevented from occurring by forming the joiner by the coated plate A. Since undue force does not act on the sealing material the sealing material since the sealing material can follow up the extension/retraction of a construction plate and, therefore, the sealing material is not cut off nor produces peeling from the building plate. Therefore, the waterproofness of the joint part can be secured. Consequently, the joiner having no-adhesiveness to the sealing material can be manufactured without stamping a member such as a tape and with saved labor and at low cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
