APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROPERTY PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

A method to assist in the management of financial instruments is disclosed. The method may have particular application to the management of a portfolio of financial instruments in the form of debt and/or equity finance arrangements for property, more particularly residential property. The method includes performing a regression analysis on market information indicating a plurality of sales or valuations of properties at two different times to form a model of the market information. The model is then applied to portfolio information to thereby determine an estimated value of properties in the portfolio.
