PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardware monitoring unit for shortening time required for restoring hardware by easily and appropriately obtaining the current state of the hardware so as to easily specify the cause of trouble in the hardware. SOLUTION: Respective devices are accessed to read data in sequence. The states of the respective devices are determined based on the read states and contents of the read data.
