PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record identification information about a nozzle on a nozzle plate without increasing the number of manufacturing steps. SOLUTION: Through-holes to be nozzles 108 are formed by a press machine 51 in a metallic plate 130' to be a nozzle plate 130 (nozzle hole formation step). Further, through-holes to be recording holes 45 are continuously formed by the press machine 51, with a layout pattern showing identification information correlated with the press machine 51, identification information correlated with a die 54 loaded onto the press machine 51, identification information correlated with a punching member 52 loaded onto the press machine 51, "manufacturing year" and "manufacturing month" (identification information recording step).
