PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a gastrostoma in replacing a gastrostoma catheter. SOLUTION: A catheter replacement kit 12a has a catheter replacement auxiliary implement 10, a wire 28 of loop shape, and a connector 30. The catheter replacement auxiliary implement 10 has a flange 32 brought into contact with the body surface 23; a plug insertion hole 34 provided in the flange; a tube 36 extended from the flange 32 in communication with the plug insertion hole 34 and inserted in a fistula 20; and a rubber plug 38. The rubber plug 38 blocks the plug insertion hole 34, comprises a wire hole 42 through which the wire 28 passes, and comes in resilient contact with the plug insertion hole 34 and wire 28 to keep the inside of the tube 36 airtight. The connector 30 has a wire fixing part 52 fixing or engaging the wire 28; a catheter fixing part 54 inserted and fixed into a catheter body 22; and a connector body 56 inserted and fixed into the tube 36.
