PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic poly (hydroxyalkanoic acid) composition modified by a polyoxymethylene polymer, and a thermally molded product prepared from the composition. SOLUTION: A poly (hydroxyalkanoic acid) resin composition containing poly (hydroxyalkanoic acid) such as polylactic acid and polyoxymethylene, as well as films, sheets, and goods such as a thermally molded container are provided.
