<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact endoscopic surgery training device that allows the training adapted to the real condition of an endoscopic surgery. <P>SOLUTION: The training device includes a board with a specimen stage on which a specimen for training is placed, a set of two plates provided with an insertion port for inserting a surgical instrument to be loaded on the board, and a camera installation part or installation stand on which a camera is fixed.
