PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pump controller capable of securing a service life of a drain pump by avoiding unnecessary operation of the drain pump, and stably reducing electric energy consumption of the drain pump without being affected by temperature/humidity conditions of a room. SOLUTION: Operation time of the drain pump is set by calculating an amount of water condensed by a heat exchanger by using a heat exchanger temperature detecting means for detecting a temperature of the heat exchanger, a room humidity detecting means for detecting room humidity, and a room temperature detecting means for detecting a room temperature.
