<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control system provided with a piston pump capable of easily and surely detecting lack of a sealing member and sealing failure of the sealing member after completion. <P>SOLUTION: The piston pump 23 used for the brake control system 1 is provided with a guide member 40. This guide member 40 is formed to have an L-shaped cross section by a piston guide part 40a in an axial direction, a piston drive member side of the piston guide part 40a and an annular flange part 40b formed to radially protrude from an end part of an opposite side.
