PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel drive type switching power supply, for stably supplying electric power with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The switching power supply has a plurality of switching circuits connected in parallel and supplies electric power by switching switching elements in the switching circuits. The switching power supply has a delta sigma modulator 10 to generate bit data, which indicates a difference between an output voltage V<SB>OUT</SB>and a target voltage V<SB>REF</SB>of the power supply, in synchronization with a clock of an oscillator 80, a move average limiting circuit 30 which receives a bit string composed of bit data and outputs a movement average of the bit string by lowering it to a limiting value or lower, a switch driving circuit 40A which switches an element 2A based on the output value of the limiting circuit 30, and a switch driving circuit 40B which switches an element 2B based on a difference calculated by subtracting the input value from the output value of the limiting circuit 30.
