PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact antenna even in frequency bands of 1 GHz or lower. SOLUTION: An antenna is functioned by mounting a radiation unit 2 formed on a dielectric substrate 8 in a parallel plate shape in a power feeding circuit 7 formed on a transmission circuit board 1 in a parallel plate shape. On a front side of the dielectric substrate 8, antenna electrodes 2a each having one line shape are formed without crossing or contacting each other so that electrode intervals may become tight and on a rear side of the dielectric substrate 8, feeding electrodes 2b are formed which are conducted and connected with the antenna electrodes 2a via a through hole or a side surface. On a front side of the oscillation circuit board 1, there are formed a connecting electrode 4 which connects the feeding electrodes 2b of the radiation unit 2 and signal lines 3a of a transmission circuit 6, a power feeding section 3 including the signal lines 3a and a ground 3b, and a reactance electrode 5, the reactance electrode 5 being formed while being conducted and connected to the ground 3b and partially overlapped on the antenna electrodes 2a so as to have an inductive component canceling a capacitive component of impedance of the antenna electrodes 2a.
