PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute information of vehicle abnormality. SOLUTION: This vehicle abnormality distribution device is provided with: vibration sensors 141a, 141b; an acoustic sensor 142; a plurality of cameras 140fo, 140ro, 140fi, 140ri; and a device main body 100. The device main body 100 is provided with: an abnormality pattern table 121 in which combinations of respective various kinds of output patterns from the respective sensors are correlated with any one out of various kinds of vehicle abnormality contents; a communication information table 122 for storing a transmitted side in every vehicle abnormality content and one or more of transmission information species; an abnormality content determining part 111 for determining the abnormality content, based on outputs from the respective sensors, referring to the abnormality pattern table 121; and a communication control part 112 for determining the transmitted side and the transmission information species in response to the abnormality content, referring to the communication information table 122, and for transmitting the transmission information to the transmitted side by a radio communication device 128.
