PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water mat for floor heating folded so as to be prevented from receiving damage by the handling at a construction site in the warm water mat for floor heating being laid as backing of flooring. SOLUTION: This warm water mat for floor heating has a folding structure disposed with a predetermined number of square bases, and the folding structure has a first folding line 6 between two bases A<SB>1</SB>and B<SB>1</SB>at the end, a partition line 9 between the bases A<SB>2</SB>-A<SB>6</SB>and the bases B<SB>2</SB>-B<SB>6</SB>, and second folding lines 71-75 and 81-85 between the bases of the respective lines. This warm water mat is mountain-folded at the second folding lines 71 and 81, alternately valley-folded and mountain-folded at the second folding lines 72-73 and 82-83 in the respective lines, valley-folded at the second folding lines 75-74 and 85-84, and valley-folded at the first folding line 6, thus being folded into a base laminated state.
