PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having both of permeability to gases such as carbon dioxide gas and barrier properties against water vapor. SOLUTION: This film contains (i) 0-95 parts by mass of a polyolefinic polymer and (ii) 5-100 parts by mass of a hydrogenated dienic polymer, wherein the total weight of constituent (i) and constituent (ii) is 100 parts by mass. An example of constituent (i) is a propylene-ethylene block copolymer. An example of constituent (ii) is a hydrogenated block copolymer including a block based on an aromatic vinyl compound unit and a block based on a conjugated diene compound unit.
