PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering control device for accumulating regenerated energy generated from a motor in a power supply when the motor is functioned as a generator, even in the case that a mechanism works for electrically disconnecting the motor from the power supply when the motor is not used as a power source. SOLUTION: The electric power steering control device comprises a motor driving circuit 23 mechanically connected to a steering which a driver steers, for driving an assist motor 5 which changes the direction of a steering wheel, a relay circuit 29 mounted between a battery 41 and the motor driving circuit 23, and a relay circuit 30 mounted between the motor driving circuit 23 and the assist motor 5. When a generating switch 53 is on, power is supplied from the battery 41 to a device 51 via a supply passage different from that in the case that a power input switch 42 is on.
