PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively liquefy evaporated fuel generated in a fuel tank regardless of conditions of an ambient temperature. SOLUTION: A main tank Tm is communicated with first and second sub tanks Tsa and Tsb through first and second communication passages P1a and P1b, and P2a and P2b. The second sub tank Tsb are communicated with a canister C through a charge passage 20. When a temperature of the main tank Tm is high, the evaporated fuel as a gas-phase portion 12 of the main tank Tm is liquefied by being supplied to liquid-phase portions 14a and 14b of the first and second sub tanks Tsa and Tsb through the first communication passages P1a and P1b. Alternatively, when the temperature of the main tank Tm is low, the evaporated fuel as gas-phase portions 15a and 15b of the first and second sub tanks Tsa and Tsb is supplied to a liquid-phase portion 11 of the main tank Tm. Further, because the first and second sub tanks Tsa and Tsb are arranged to be nested one in the other, a difference of temperature between the main tank Tm and the second sub tank Tsb of the innermost layer is secured to the maximum level, and thereby stimulating the liquefying of the evaporated fuel.
