PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain watercolor painting paper which can attain a paint finish of a profound and three-dimensional effect similar to that of oil painting, using watercolor paints. SOLUTION: The watercolor painting paper having paper stability and enabling the oil painting-like three-dimensional drawing of watercolor painting by making a thickness of the watercolor paining paper 1 to 5 mm and forming surface irregularities of 0.1 to 4 mm in height difference.
