The article holder and organizer generally comprises a plurality of wall brackets, a shelf, a plurality of first suspension elements, a plurality of second suspension elements, a plurality of containers for holding or organizing a variety of articles or plants, and a plurality of insert rings for supporting a respective container within an opening in the shelf.
