<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioabsorbable bone regeneration induction membrane effectively inducing bone reconstruction capability and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The new mechanism effectively inducing the bone reconstruction capability is incorporated by coating nonwoven cloth mainly containing a silicon eluting type calcium carbonate and a polylactic acid with apatite after constituting a bilayer structure of the nonwoven cloth layer mainly containing the silicon eluting type calcium carbonate and the polylactic acid and the nonwoven cloth layer mainly containing the polylactic acid in the bone regeneration induction membrane according to the present invention.
