<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change visual and tactile information in a configuration for transmitting visual and tactile information to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A visual/tactile UI panel 55 is composed of several layers each having several transparent transformation sections 41, 51 that transform into a specific shape by injection/discharge of a fluid. A pump 53 discharges/sucks the fluid. Flow channels 44, 54 supply or discharge the fluid discharged by the pump 53 to the transformation sections 41, 51.
