PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and accuracy in fixing a coupling lens onto a holder. SOLUTION: The light source apparatus includes: a semiconductor laser 130 which emits laser light; a coupling lens 140 which transforms the laser light from the semiconductor laser 130 into a luminous flux; and a lens holder 120 which holds the coupling lens 140. The lens holder 120 includes: a recessed-shaped mounting part 121 which accepts the coupling lens 140; and at least three or more supporting projected parts 122 which project to the inside on the contour of the mounting part 121, are abutted on the side face 143 of the coupling lens 140 and separated from each other, wherein the coupling lens 140 is bonded to the lens holder 120 with a photocurable resin 119 at least at two supporting projected parts 122.
