PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus capable of landing ink droplets to a right position even if there is a period from the time when detecting a nozzle moving speed until the time when ejecting ink in case of printing when an ink ejecting nozzle accelerates or decelerates. SOLUTION: The printing apparatus controls a timing of intermittently ejecting ink from an ink ejecting part according to an acceleration of the moving ink ejecting part in the printing apparatus which prints on a material to be printed by intermittently ejecting ink from the moving ink ejecting part.
