PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head capable of preventing the electrolysis of fluid caused by the adhesion of electrically-conductive foreign substances, and to provide a fluid jetting apparatus. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head comprises at least a nozzle plate 27 in which a nozzle opening 32 is formed, a flow path forming substrate 28 in which a pressure room 6 communicating with the nozzle opening 32 is formed, a vibrating plate 30 constituting the wall face of the pressure room 6, a piezoelectric element 2 provided so as to correspond to the pressure room 6 and changing a volume of the pressure room 6 through the vibrating plate 30, and a casing 12 for holding the piezoelectric element 2 and having an ink feeding path 18 for feeding ink to the pressure room 6. The vibrating plate 30 has an ink introducing opening 45 communicating with the ink feeding path 18 and for introducing the ink to the pressure room 6 side, and is composed of a composite material connecting an electrically-conductive reinforcing plate 36 connected to the casing 12 with an insulating elastic film 38. The inner peripheral face 36A of the hole 36b of the reinforcing plate 36 exposed in the ink introducing opening 45 is covered with an insulating film 46A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
