A tablet dispenser, in particular for distributing sweets in the form of tablets, said dispenser comprising a reservoir for storing said tablets and having an output connected to a funnel shaped channel in which a distribution cylinder is mounted, said cylinder being rotationally drivable in such a manner as to output a predetermined amount of tablets upon supplying a rotational impuls on said cylinder, said cylinder being connected to a substantially conical shaped member mounted upstream of said cylinder in an output direction of said tablets.
