APPARATUS FOR CURING CONDUCTIVE PASTE

The curing system of the conductive paste easily selects the curing condition of optimum by measuring the electric resistance of the conductive paste in real time. The heat treatment furnace(1120) cures the conductive paste and forms the register. The conveyor belt(1130) passes through both ends of the heat process furnace. The heat transfer means(1141,1142,1143) deliver the heat to the heat process furnace. The gas feed assembly supplies the oxidation blocking gas for preventing the oxidation of the conductive paste to the heat process furnace. The specimen is coated onto with the conductive paste. The specimen is mounted between the first and the second conductive pad. The fixing jig(1200) comprises the voltage supply lead and electric current measurement part. The voltage supply lead and electric current measurement part are connected to the first and the second conductive pad. The control device(1300) displays the resistance of the conductive paste through the ammeter connected to the current measurement terminal in real time.
