摘要 The invention relates to determination of parameters of inhomogeneous by their electro-physical properties liquids, in particular means for measurement of thickness of layers of different immiscible liquids, and can be used for determination of thickness of film of oil product poured on surface of water, and determination of its physical characteristics. Method for determination of parameters of different immiscible media prescribes emission of sounding signal to controlled medium is such way that there is provided passage of sounding signal in counter directions at both sides of intermediate layer of different immiscible media, with determination of time of delay of reflected signal from boundary of division of media at passage of sounding signal to intermediate layer of different immiscible media with determination of parameters from time of delay of reflected signal. Device for determination of parameters of different immiscible media has two indicators arranged as at least one conductor connected to output of generator of probing signal and input of receiver of sounding and reflected signals installed at both sides of intermediate layer of different immiscible media in such way that conductors of those are directed in counter directions; at least one indicator can be arranged as two insulated one from another conductors. In the other version device for determination of parameters of different immiscible media has indicator arranged as at least one folded in two conductor connected to output of generator of probing signal and input of receiver of probing and reflected signals; indicator can be arranged as two insulated one from another conductors. The method and the device proposed make it possible to determine characteristic on which rate of passage of sounding and reflected signals through any present different medias depends under condition of known characteristics on which rate of propagation of sounding and reflected signals through other present media depends, and make it possible to increase accuracy and to perform simultaneous determination of thickness and dielectric permittivity of film of oil product on surface of water in vessel.
